Our refund policy ensures fair treatment for both JixTech and our valued clients across all our services.

1. General Refund Terms

JixTech offers refunds based on the specific service type and circumstances. All refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframes.

Refund processing typically takes 5-10 business days after approval.

2. Domain Services Refunds

Domain Registration

Domain registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE once processed with the registry.

Exception: Technical errors on our part that prevent registration completion.

Domain Transfer

  • Full refund if transfer fails due to our error
  • No refund if transfer fails due to incorrect authorization codes
  • No refund if domain is locked or has transfer restrictions

Domain Renewal

  • 7-day refund window if renewal was processed in error
  • No refund for renewals requested by client
  • Partial refund may apply for multi-year renewals (case-by-case basis)

3. Website Development Refunds

Project-Based Development

  • Before project start: Full refund minus processing fees
  • During development (first 30%): Refund of remaining balance
  • After 30% completion: No refund (work completed)
  • Client cancellation: Pay for work completed to date

Monthly Maintenance

  • 30-day notice required for cancellation
  • Prorated refunds for unused full months
  • No refund for partial months

4. SEO Services Refunds

SEO results depend on many factors and cannot be guaranteed.

SEO Audit Services

  • 48-hour refund window after delivery
  • Full refund if audit is incomplete or inaccurate

Monthly SEO Services

  • First month: 14-day money-back guarantee
  • Ongoing months: 30-day cancellation notice
  • No refunds based on ranking performance

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a refund request via email or support ticket
  2. Include order number and reason for refund
  3. Provide supporting documentation if applicable
  4. Allow 2-3 business days for review
  5. Receive refund decision and processing timeline

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Domain registrations (once processed)
  • Third-party licenses and subscriptions
  • Custom development work after approval
  • SSL certificates (once issued)
  • Rush job fees and expedited services
